Lewis Hamilton and his girl Nicole Scherzinger can’t seem to get enough of India.
While Lewis has come down a number of times to promote F1 racing, Nicole has teamed up with double Oscar-winning Indian composer AR Rahman for a new version of Jai Ho! and is also expected to perform in the country following her tie-up with Mumbai-based DJ Lloyd, who is remixing her single Right There and giving it a more Indian Sufi feel.

BT has learnt that this time the couple has planned to fly down together and spend a good seven days in the country where they will visit cities and apparently even tour national parks.
“All this might happen post the Indian Grand Prix, as Lewis approaches every race single-mindedly and without any distraction. The Indian race date is still being finalised. First it was supposed to happen on October 30, but got pushed to December 11 because F1 wanted to keep the Bahrain GP in October. Bahrain was supposed to be the opening race of the season, but political turmoil in the country made it impossible. And now we are hearing that the Bahrain GP might be cancelled again and new dates are being worked out for the Indian race. So, as soon as the logistics are finalised, Nicole and Lewis will have their travel dates to give out,” informed the top source.
It will be business mixed with pleasure for the two. “Lewis wants to promote F1 while in the country and Nicole will have meetings for future tie-ups in the music space. But they will have a good seven days for themselves. Rajasthan is high on the couple’s list. Palaces, national parks, finest Indian cuisine are all part of their itinerary."
